This week I walked. Here’s what walked out of me…
Many people think I’m always "regulated."
Always high vibe.
Always aligned.
Spoiler: I’m not.
And that’s exactly why I’m writing this.
Because the truth is—I don’t teach this work because I’ve mastered it.
I teach it because it continues to teach me.Â

My husband was away in Spain. The time zone gap felt like an emotional chasm.
This week? Different stress.
I was in my head.
Tight in my chest.
In the middle of my emotional funk, I made a decision:
I decided to walk.
Not metaphorically. Literally.
Not just once. Not just when I felt like it.
I committed to walking every day, Monday through Wednesday, anywhere from 4,000 to 10,000 steps.
Why?
Because I needed to reset.
To move the stress out of my body.
To feel like myself again.
And what happened was powerful . . .
