CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
For the women who agree to try and share their experience using the digital version of the “Feel, Act and Be Rich Journal – A Guide to Manifesting Your Fabulous Future Self Now!”

This Confidentiality Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on Wednesday, March 29th, 2023, between Everlydis Diaz aka Evie of Bizniversity® by XoomIM, LLC, owner of the copyrighted material that is currently titled "Feel, Act, and Be Rich Journal - A Guide to Manifesting Your Fabulous Future Self Now!" (the "Owner") and you (the "Trialer" or “Participant”) who has signed below.

WHEREAS the Owner desires to share the copyrighted material with the Participant for the purpose of obtaining feedback about the title, the journal and sharing the experience of using the material, and the Participant is willing to provide feedback and share their experience using the copyrighted material.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

The Participant acknowledges that the copyrighted material is the intellectual property of the Owner and agrees to use the material only for the purpose of providing feedback and sharing their experience using the material.

The Participant agrees not to disclose, copy, distribute, or otherwise disseminate the copyrighted material, in whole or in part, to any third party without the prior written consent of the Owner.

The Participant acknowledges that any breach of this Agreement may cause irreparable harm to the Owner, and the Owner shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief to prevent any unauthorized use or disclosure of the copyrighted material, in addition to any other legal remedies that may be available.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida in which the Owner resides, without giving effect to its conflict of law’s provisions.

This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

This Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties hereto.

Yes. We have scheduled two days for you to select from. 

Day 1 is available to the first 4 women who request to join me during my upcoming Wealth Creation Wednesday Show: Wednesday, March 29th, 2023 at 2 p.m.

A second day is available for all remaining women are interested in joining the trial. That day is Friday, March 31st, at 11 a.m. ET. via a Zoom meeting.

You should begin as soon as you sign the confidentiality agreement. Remember we must meet virtually to go over all the details of this trial research study because you want to be ready to begin using the journal no later than Friday, March 31st, 2023.

Yes. I will be grateful if you can kindly respond to all email questions and email me your overall experience with using the journal daily for at least 7 days no later than Sunday, April 9th, 2023.
