By completing this purchase, you are securing one (1) ticket to attend the EVOLVE International Women’s Day (IWD) Event under the EVOLVE All Access Pass for a one-time investment of $99 USD.

• This ticket grants access to the event only.
  
  

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, as outlined below.
  
  

2. FABpreneurs™ Membership – 30-Day Complimentary Trial

If you elect to accept the FABpreneurs™ Membership offer at checkout, you will receive a 30-day complimentary trial at no cost.

• Trial Start: Your trial begins immediately upon successful checkout.
  
  

• Automatic Enrollment: By accepting the trial, you expressly authorize EvieDiaz.com, a program of Bizniversity® by XoomIM, LLC, to automatically enroll you in the FABpreneurs™ monthly membership program.
  
  

• Billing Authorization: Upon expiration of the 30-day trial, the credit card provided at checkout will be automatically charged $100 USD per month on a recurring monthly basis unless you cancel prior to the end of the trial period.

3. Cancellation Policy

• You are solely responsible for managing your membership subscription.
  
  

• To avoid being charged, you must cancel your membership at least twenty-four (24) hours before the conclusion of the 30-day trial period.
  
  

• Cancellations may be completed at any time by logging into your Kajabi user dashboard.
  
  

• No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for mid-month or unused membership time.

5. Refund Policy (Event Tickets & Digital Materials)

Due to the digital nature of the event materials, immediate access upon purchase, and advance allocation of resources for the EVOLVE IWD Event:

• All ticket sales are final.
  
  

• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, or technical difficulties.
  
  

• By completing your purchase, you knowingly waive any right to a refund.
