This week has been profoundly transformational for me—not just as a Spiritual Teacher and Manifesting Mentor, but as a student of my own teachings.

Yes, I’m the creator and host of the Flip Your Limiting MoneyScripts™ Challenge. Yes, I am the teacher. But this week, I allowed myself to fully embrace the role of the student. I believe we are always evolving, always learning—and the message I’m sharing with you today came from my SOURCE to first empower me on my own journey.

This week powerfully confirmed that “when the student is ready, the teacher appears”—and sometimes, that teacher is YOU.

While leading our Flip Your Limiting MoneyScripts™ Challenge, I uncovered a belief I didn’t even realize I was holding.

Here it is:

"If people don’t buy my offer, it means they don’t value me."

Where did that come from?

From old feelings of inadequacy—moments when others didn’t recognize the value of what I offered.

How was it impacting me?

It was chipping away at my confidence, causing me to question both my message and my pricing.

But here’s the truth: that belief isn’t always true. And until this week, I didn’t even realize it was a Limiting MoneyScript™ holding me back.

As you can see, I wasn’t just leading the exercises—I was living them. I wasn’t just guiding others through the inner work—I walked through it myself. I showed up as the teacher, and also sat humbly as the student, listening to life’s wisdom and receiving divine guidance in the most unexpected moments.

And in that surrender, more lessons arrived—through deep conversations, quiet reflection, and the sacred space of my journal.

So, I’m showing up in this week’s FAB GEMS Newsletter with a renewed heart and a powerful realization:

Before we manifest, we must begin by setting clear, soul-aligned intentions.

This week, I had a realization.

✨ An intention is energetic and sacred. It’s the spark that starts it all.

As I was journaling and reflecting during our Flip Your Limiting MoneyScripts™ Challenge, it hit me—I’ve been teaching money manifesting by practicing the F.A.B. MoneyScripting™ Method of Manifesting Financial Freedom, but I almost forgot the power and place of Intention Setting.

Intention Setting is the first step before practicing the F.A.B. MoneyScripting™ Method of Manifesting Financial Freedom. It’s the sacred whisper to the Universe that says, “I want to RECEIVE.”

💫 Setting an Intention precedes practicing the F.A.B. MoneyScripting™ Method of Manifesting Financial Freedom.

You can’t manifest what you haven’t first consciously intended—what you haven’t felt into, seen clearly, or called in with your full heart. Manifesting is aligning your Feelings, Actions, and Being with that intention.

Setting an intention is the holy spark. That’s where the charge begins.

Here’s how I now see it:

An intention carries emotion. It carries energy. It pulls you toward your future self.

When I set an intention, I’m not just writing down words—I’m calling in a frequency.

I’m FEELING and SEEING the end. I’m choosing to believe it’s already done.

So this week, my lightbulb moment is this:

“Manifestation starts with the moment you choose to

set an intention in your heart.”

REMEMBER when you want to manifest money, set your intention first and the rest will follow.

🌱 An Intention is a Sacred Seed 🌱

Every time you set an intention, you're planting a seed.

But not just any seed—a sacred seed, infused with your heart’s desires, your soul’s whisper, and your spirit’s faith.

Your heart and mind together are the rich, fertile soil where this sacred seed is planted.

And just like with any beautiful garden, the condition of the soil matters.

If your heart is heavy with doubt…

If your mind is cluttered with limiting beliefs…

The seed may struggle to take root.

But when your heart is open, when your mind is clear, and your spirit is aligned—

That intention takes root.

It anchors deep into your being.

It begins to germinate beneath the surface before you ever see results in the outer world.

💖 Just like a gardener doesn't dig up the seed the next day to check if it's growing, you too must trust the process.

Water it daily with your faith, feelings, and aligned actions.

Shine the sunlight of your belief on it.

Protect it from the weeds of fear and doubt.

Speak life over it.

Because the moment you set that intention, something divine begins unfolding.

You may not see the sprout right away…

But the Universe is already conspiring to deliver your harvest.

✨ So plant intentionally.

✨ Tend faithfully.

✨ And trust fully.

Your intention is not just a hope.

It’s the beginning of your next becoming.

This past weekend, something magical happened. My husband and I were on a short getaway—a much-needed pause from the usual rhythm of life. And as you may already know, traveling is one of my favorite ways to recharge and realign.

There’s just something about being in a new place that helps me connect more deeply with my inner self. Maybe it’s the change in scenery, or maybe it’s the sense of freedom that naturally invites my soul to breathe deeper.

From the moment we left home on Thursday until we returned on Sunday, I felt so in tune with myself—so aligned with my Source. My energy was high, my heart was open, and my intentions were crystal clear.

And you know what? I began setting intentions with more presence and power than ever.

🖊 I journaled them.

🗣 I spoke them out loud.

👁 I visualized them.

💫 I felt them.

It was as if the Universe heard me whispering, and whispered back, “Yes, my love, I’ve got you.”

I asked... and I received. Over and over again.

From getting the perfect parking spot to connecting with the right people, from peaceful moments to unexpected blessings—little manifestations kept flowing in.

And it reminded me: When you’re in alignment with your intentions—when your energy, faith, and focus are all pointing in the same direction—miracles start to feel normal.

That’s what I want to share with you this week.

While goals are often external targets (like hitting a number or achieving a milestone), intentions come from the heart.

🌱 Intentions are sacred whispers from your soul.

💫 They are infused with feeling, faith, and alignment.

✨ They connect you to your higher self and your Source.

When you set intentions from a space of alignment—not stress or desperation—you’re declaring to the Universe:

👉 This is who I choose to be.

👉 This is the life I am now available for.

👉 This is what I am willing to receive.

Here’s the key:

“When you set an intention you truly want to manifest, your energy must rise to meet it because the version of you who already lives that reality vibrates at a higher frequency. Manifesting is about becoming energetically aligned with what you intend to receive."

The energy you bring to your intentions matters. If you're setting them while feeling fear, doubt, or lack... you're sending mixed messages.

But if you set intentions while feeling peace, joy, gratitude, and faith, they gain power. They start working with you—flowing through every thought, decision, and inspired action you take.

This week, I am grateful to be traveling to Atlanta and Nashville! 

This is the second time I travel for business this year. This was part of an intention that I set for myself and my husband. I set the intention to travel more for business but have fun traveling together.



I diligently practiced my F.A.B. MoneyScripting™ Method. It wasn't just about wishing; it was about feeling the excitement of travel, acting on opportunities. And now, as I embark on my second year of this incredible journey, I'm setting my sights even higher – 11 fun business trips with my husband this year!

But here's the thing: manifestation isn't magic. It's a process. It's about aligning your energy with what you want.

This is the reason why I want to share with you - the simplest method of manifesting financial freedom.

The power of intention is more than just wishing; it's a foundational ACTION when creating your NEW CONSCIOUS financial reality.

Many people wander through life, reacting to circumstances. But you, as a FABpreneur, are different. You understand that your intentions are the seeds you plant in the fertile ground of your subconscious mind.

What is an intention, really?

It's a focused thought, a vision, and a clear declaration of what you want to see with your physical eyes or experience in your life. Our intentions should be infused with the conviction that what we ASK for, we will RECEIVE. In other words, when we ASK, we BELIEVE that what we ASKED for is already on its way. It’s not just a 'maybe' or a 'hope.'
